- Once you book your appointment with Nubia you will receive a confirmation email with your zoom meeting link for the day of.
- it is important you keep that zoom link, because it is the only way you will be able to access your appointment.

- There are NO refunds
- There are NO appointment changes
- If you cancel your appointment you will only receive HALF of your money back.
The reason why we take these measures is because Nubia is being booked weeks if not months in advanced. If you were to cancel or change your appointment date you might not be able to book her soon. As well now there is an open seat that most likely it would not have time to be taken.
