Cancelations/Changes
- We do accept cancellations, but if you cancel you will only receive half of your payment back.
- Half of your payment is used as a "deposit" to hold your seat for the appointment. (This is done to protect Nubia's time & work)
- Canceling your appointment does have a risk, but please be sure to pick a suitable day & time. You can always reach out to our staff at lightlanguagewithnubiabookings@gmail.com
- We DO not do appointment changes since clients book in advance. Depending on how busy bookings are you might be able to change your date & time only by reaching out to our staff and asking if it would be available to do.
